Highlights of the JAB MX 10.0 HD

With 170 mm of travel, the Fox 38 Factory with FIT GRIP2 cartridge and elegant Kashima coating is not only visually impressive – you also get the flagship from Fox in terms of technology. With the finely adjustable GRIP 2 cartridge, you can set the HSC (High-Speed Compression) and LSC (Low-Speed Compression) separately and, in conjunction with the optically integrated Fox Float X2 Factory, optimize the suspension for any terrain. With the Newmen Evolution SL A.30 wheelset, you get the favorite of our test riders: a quiet FADE hub, 30 mm rim width and a modern rim profile offer you the perfect basis for the tires. Here we rely on Maxxis Assegai and Minion DHR II with soft 3C MaxxTerra rubber compound and EXO+ carcass for optimum grip on your favorite trail. The drivetrain couldn’t be more modern: With the brand-new SRAM Eagle Transmission with parts from the GX and X01 series, you not only have a super-clean cockpit thanks to the wireless AXS POD controller – the crisp gear changes will also win you over in no time. With so many downhill-heavy parts, a proper braking system must also be on board: This is where the flagship Magura MT7 with four pistons at the front and rear does its job. Targeted braking before the next turn, emergency braking at key points or easily controlled braking actions – all no problem for one of the most powerful brakes on the market. With so many highlights, it’s easy to overlook the fact that the visually matching Fox Transfer Dropper is also included as standard and that your future cockpit will be made up of high-quality Race Face Turbine R parts. The JAB MX Family

The cards are being reshuffled: Our full carbon enduro JAB MX is ready for the starting blocks and is eagerly waiting to be ridden by you. What does that mean? A steering angle of 64.3°, increased reach and a steep seat angle of 76.5° invite you to focus not only on the pace on the world’s toughest enduro trails – riding fun is also high on the menu. Hardly any other bike is as versatile as the JAB MX: playful, agile and yet with plenty of reserves at the limit. The new edition comes in a mullet setup with up to 170 mm travel at the front, adjustable steering angle via an angled headset, storage integrated into the down tube and many other details.

The JAB MX Frame

When developing the new JAB MX, the main focus was on adapting the geometry. Increased reach, longer wheelbase and a slacker steering angle (which can be adjusted via an angled headset). Suspension travel up to 170 mm, luggage compartment in the down tube and a completely redesigned full carbon frame in a mullet setup – the JAB MX shuffles the cards!
